Recroot UK currently have an interesting and rare opportunity for a Regional Manager to join their well established engineering client to oversee their London region.
This is a rare and genuinely fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are leaders within their field.
Within this role, the main duties and responsibilities will include:
Reporting to Senior Management
Responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the engineers, ensuring engineers are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and terms of contracts with various customers, together with encouraging regular communication between management and engineers and addressing or identifying any issues prior to them becoming problems.
Ensuring all jobs are well organised to give the best service to our client and their customers at all times, you will be responsible for understanding the terms of various contracts and ensuring jobs are attended within the set response times and KPI’s and SLA’s for each different customer contract are met and exceeded.
An ongoing task within the position will involve Business Development, maintaining and building relations with all existing clients, and ensuring all customer enquiries; problems or complaints are addressed & remedied in a timely manner.
As Regional Manager, your list of responsibilities is not exhaustive as other additional tasks will fall under your management.
