Recroot UK are currently seeking to recruit an Experienced Service Co-ordinator to join our client who are based in the Muirhead area of Glasgow.
Working within a well established company who are respected within their field and who continue to grow and secure new long term contracts your position will involve:
Liaising with Engineers, subcontractors and colleagues within the company on a daily basis, both over the phone and face to face
Ensuring engineers attend jobs within the agreed timescales of contracts
Liaising with customers to organise servicing and repairs
Liaising with procurement to source the best deals available for tools and materials Building lasting relationships with customers
Successful candidate will have excellent organisational planning, prioritisation and time management skills together with a hands on problem-solving approach, be reliable and flexible to meet the constant changes to the business.
It also essential that you have excellent listening skills together with a positive attitude and a high level of attention to detail together with being deadline oriented.
You will have the ability to maintain, build and develop a solid working relationship with all levels of staff and contractors.
*****Only candidates who have experience within a similar role where you have co-ordinated and manageged the day to day activities with engineers and ideally worked within an engineering company will be considered*****
Successful candidate will ideally be immediately available for interview.
You will have a proven background of working within a busy office and of working within challenging and busy situations.
